Packers Make One Of Weakest Proposals In NFL History — Banning The Tush Push: REPORT

I’ve never liked the Packers and here’s another reason not to — just weak.
Troy Vincent, the executive vice president of football operations for the NFL, stated Monday that a franchise has made one of the weakest proposals of all-time by banning the tush push. With that being said, however, he didn’t go into specifics about what team exactly made the proposal. The Athletic’s Dianna Russini later went on to report that the team is the Green Bay Packers, according to sources.

It’s not really shocking that the Packers are reportedly pushing for this considering comments made in the past by retiring team president Mark Murphy.
In his monthly column on the Packers‘ official website, Murphy wrote that he isn’t a fan of the tush push, saying he wants a rule to be in place to ban “pushing or aiding the runner” during a quarterback sneak.
The main example that comes to mind is Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles.

What a bunch of crybabies, but at the same time, I can’t trip too much because I know damn well they’re not getting the support of 24 teams, which is what’s needed to change a rule.
Petty and failures … just terrible.
