It might suggest a need to go back to basics for a couple of medical school chiefs, as they were unable under questioning in a congressional hearing to say whether men can have babies.
Biologically, they cannot. Just as impossible as the “transgender” ideology which teaches a man can become a woman or vice versa, as being male or female is embedded in the human body down to the DNA level
But U.S. Rep. Mary Miller, R-Ill., found out that chiefs of several medical schools at the University of California, San Francisco and more, don’t believe that.
According to a report at Fox News, several waffled on whether a man is a man and a woman a woman.
Miller, the report said, “asked two university medical leaders in a tense hearing Tuesday to directly answer whether non-biological women can have babies and didn’t receive a straight answer.”

Miller had an exchange with Sam Hawgood, of UC-San Francisco. She said, “Doctor (Sam) Hawgood, you see UCSFs Classroom Guide, titled ‘Framework for Gender and Sex Concepts in Teaching,’ advises against using the term pregnant women. Instead, it says to use pregnant people. Who are pregnant people compared to pregnant women? Just curious.”
Hawgood claimed the terminology is “part of a curriculum to help our students who are facing a wide diversity of patients.”
“Has a non-biological woman ever had a baby?” Miller asked, and Hawgood responded that a “transgender person can.”

To Steve Dubinett, of UCLA, she asked: “A required course at UCLA medical school advises ob-gyn students not to, and, I quote, assume gender identity. … OK, from another class in May of 2026. It included a disclaimer that while it uses the term she and women, it does not intend to exclude, and I quote, ‘those who have a uterus but do not identify with these terms.’ What does that even mean?”
“Why can’t you just say ‘pregnant women’?”

Dubinett said he was unfamiliar.
Miller went on: “Can someone have a uterus but not be a woman? Because it seems like your school is promoting that ridiculous idea.”
No direct answer.
A so-called “medical professional” and Dean at UCLA’s School of Medicine @dgsomucla doesn’t understand basic biology.

Miller concluded, “It’s clear these medical schools are hiding DEI curriculum under the guise of medical access.”
The hearing was for the House Education and Workforce Committee, regarding DEI agendas.
