Cleveland Clinic promises millions to help detransitioners in deal with DOJ over mutilation of children * WorldNetDaily * by Bob Unruh

The Cleveland Clinic, once one of the prominent leaders in mutilating “transgender” procedures for children, is promising $2 million in help for detransitioners now in a settlement reached with the Department of Justice.
The settlement, reported the Hill, explains that detransition services “include medical care for hormonal balancing, surgical revision and reconstruction, fertility restoration, psychological support, and insurance coordination.
The deal reveals that the clinic will offer detransition services to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay.
It is the second major health care facility to reach agreement with the Trump administration in its agenda to protect children from the chemicals, drugs, and surgeries of that industry.
“The system will be required to publicize those services with a dedicated website, phone number, care coordinator and direct outreach to three entities that provide non-medical services to people who want seeking detransition,” the report explained.
The DOJ said the health facility now is to provide “essential medical care for individuals living with the harmful consequences of such misguided medical interventions performed on them as children and adolescents.”
Advocates for the unscientific “transgender” ideology, which actually cannot happen as being male or female is embedded in the human body down to the DNA level, complained.
“Cleveland Clinic, once a highly respected medical institution, continues to show that maintaining medical integrity is no longer their priority by jumping to the front of the line to comply not with science and medicine, but with cruelty and anti-trans hate,” claimed Dara Adkison of TransOhio.
Just last month, Texas Children’s Hospital agreed to pay $10 million and establish a “detransition clinic” in an agreement with the DOJ over its pro-trans ideologies and actions.
Authorities had alleged Cleveland Clinic used payment codes for various “endocrine disorders” instead of providing accurate information for its cases.
The health operation also promised to abide by a 20-year commitment not to perform or offer “gender-affirming care.”
“The Department of Justice is steadfastly committed to protecting America’s children,” Associate Attorney General Stanley Woodward said. “Just as the resolution with Texas Children’s, today’s resolution with Cleveland Clinic furthers that commitment and puts these providers on notice that this Department will vigorously enforce federal law where children are put at risk.”
The Christian Post noted Brett Shumate, assistant attorney general of the Civil Division, confirmed he was pleased the clinic will be part “of the solution,” not the “problem.”
The DOJ said earlier it had contacted several dozen clinics and doctors allegedly involved in the “transgender” industry to obtain information about their activities.
