The pop star and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, both aged 36, haven't confirmed details of their nuptials, but it has been claimed that they might hold a ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York City this weekend. Now, the delivery of large equipment at the venue has apparently confirmed the ongoing rumors, even though wedding plans are being kept under wraps.

On Monday, June 29, large trucks were photographed arriving at the indoor arena, which is the home of the New York Knicks and the Rangers. It comes just days after reports emerged that a permit has been filed with NYC to close the streets surrounding the arena from July 2 until midday July 4, clearing the way for an event on July 3.

A city official briefed on the planning said that the Garden is set to host a wedding that day, which many speculate could be the singer's. Yesterday, several trucks were seen outside the arena - with their contents visible as their doors were open.

The loading bay was surrounded by metal security barriers, with No Parking signs put up to keep the area clear. Some of the trucks appeared to contain crates with racks of electronics, which could possibly be used during a musical performance.

Among the most visible hints that the trucks could be related to Taylor's wedding was a sign on equipment that read, "Return to Nashville." The Cruel Summer hitmaker has a strong connection to the Tennessee city.

Some of the trailers read "TAIT 1 – AUD DECK" and "TAIT 2 – VER" which appeared to refer to a stage equipment transportation system developed by TAIT Towers, the Daily Mail reported. The system has been used in major tours, including Taylor's Eras Tour.

Among the equipment being carried into MSG was a pallet that seemed to have a large roll of green carpet, to potentially create a fake grass effect. According to Page Six, there was also a box labeled "40-inch mirror ball" which could be a nod to Taylor's hit song from her 2020 Folklore album, Mirrorball.

The publication spoke to several workers on the scene, but was told that they were not informed about the identities of the clients they are setting up for. One worker said, "We aren't told anything. Everything is so tight-lipped."

Earlier this month, after Taylor was spotted heading the famed Electric Lady Studios in New York, some fans speculated on social media that the singer and songwriter might be working on a new album. Her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl - which is her 12th studio album - came out on October 3, 2025.

However, sources later claimed that Taylor might have been at the studio to prepare a special gift for her husband-to-be. Speaking to the Daily Mail, an insider claimed that The Fate of Ophelia hitmaker is "creating a beautiful love song for her future husband."

Describing the song as "a sweet ballad" that will have "a hypnotic chorus," the source added, "She has been writing it for the past few weeks, she's very excited about it." They continued, "The lyrics will be about what makes their relationship click and will hint at the special, private moments they have had together."

According to the insider, Taylor reportedly plans to perform the song during her wedding reception, and release it to the public the same day. The source also alluded to the possibility of a wedding album, saying that even if that would require a lot of work, the pop star "writes really fast" and "has a zillion ideas."

Another source, however, told the publication that if Taylor was to write a song for Travis, she wouldn't want to share it "with a lot of people." While Taylor hasn't announced a new album or a new single yet or launched any countdowns to suggest she is working on a new project, she recently released a new song for Toy Story 5, called I Knew It, I Knew You.

Despite all the ongoing rumors, Taylor, Travis and their families have declined to confirm anything. Travis' sister-in-law, Kylie Kelce, snapped at the persistent questions on her Not Gonna Lie podcast in April.

"Stop f---ing asking me. Stop asking my mother-in-law," she said. "Here's the deal: Even if I did have any information, I'm not f---ing telling you.
