The White House communications team responded with fire after the Weather Channel attempted to deter people from attending the White House’s historic UFC Freedom 250 fight by claiming the weather would cause disruptions.
The first fight was scheduled to begin at 8 pm ET, but has been pushed back to 9 pm due to potential weather.
A massive gathering is being held on the White House Elipse for fans to watch the fight live on the big screen.
The White House gave reporters access to the fight venue, dubbed “The Claw,” on Thursday.

The Weather Channel forecasted doom and gloom for fight night, claiming that poor weather is “threatening to delay the outdoor fights.”
“On top of the storm risk, brutal D.C. humidity is driving a triple-digit heat index alongside massive swarms of mosquitos and gnats that fighters will have to battle inside the cage. While the venue’s massive 92-foot overhang will keep the octagon dry, a single lightning strike within eight miles will trigger an automatic 30-minute freeze on the entire event,” they claimed.
UFC Freedom 250 is facing a chaotic weather setup on the White House South Lawn, with a 60% chance of thunderstorms, heavy downpours, and wind gusts up to 34 mph threatening to delay the outdoor fights. Perhaps they were trying to make people stay home for the historic occasion.
The White House’s official rapid response page responded, attacking the “bullsh*t clickbait headline” and calling the author of the headline a “friendless loser.”
“Rain or shine, we’re celebrating our great country no matter what. GOD BLESS AMERICA!” they wrote.
This event is about celebrating America’s unmatched greatness after 250 years — which apparently doesn’t sit well with the friendless loser who wrote this bullshit clickbait headline.

This comes after a lawsuit attempting to stop the event from even taking place.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, an Obama-appointed federal judge denied the lawsuit, arguing that Trump broke the law by building the 92-foot-tall 600-ton “Claw” fight venue on the White House lawn and is using the fight to enrich himself.
Even the Obama judge knew the lawsuit was BS.
