Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn issued a fiery call to action Monday, urging South Carolina voters to send longtime Senator Lindsey Graham packing and elect conservative challenger Mark Lynch instead.

In a blunt message posted on social media, Flynn accused Graham of spending decades in Washington advancing the failed policies that have left Americans frustrated with the political establishment.

“South Carolina, I need you to hear this clearly. Tomorrow, Tuesday June 9th, you have the power to remove @LindseyGrahamSC from the United States Senate. Decades in Washington and what does South Carolina have to show for it?

Open borders,

Endless foreign wars and,

A ruling class that answers to donors before it answers to you.

This is not about party. This is about accountability. Get to your polling place tomorrow and vote @MarkLynchSC for United States Senate.”

The South Carolina senator has long faced criticism from conservatives over his support for foreign intervention, immigration compromise proposals, and his reputation for working across the aisle with Democrats on key issues.

While Graham has attempted to position himself as a close ally of President Donald Trump in recent years, many grassroots remain unconvinced.

The Gateway Pundit has previously reported on mounting dissatisfaction among conservative voters toward establishment Republicans who campaign as conservatives but govern as members of the Washington ruling class once elected.
