President Trump Breaks into Dance as the Village People Sing 'YMCA' at FIFA World Cup Draw Ceremony in Kennedy Center | The Gateway Pundit | by Jim Hoft
President Trump enjoys listening to The Village People sing YMCA at the FIFA World Cup Draw Ceremony in the Kennedy Center. Trump is sitting with the Mexican and Canadian leaders.
On Friday, President Trump was the star of the show at the Kennedy Center, home to the 2026 FIFA World Cup Draw, where he was awarded the FIFA Peace Prize after being snubbed by the Nobel Committee earlier this year.
FIFA President Gianni Infantino announced the winner before the draw, welcoming President Trump to the stage as “the very first winner of the FIFA Peace Prize, the 45th and 47th President of the United States of America, Mr. Donald J. Trump.”
Infantino and Trump then delivered remarks as the President accepted the award for a “distinguished individual, who exemplifies an unwavering commitment to advancing peace and unity throughout the world through their notable leadership and action,” Infantino said.
President Trump described the award as “Truly one of the great honors of my life” and thanked his family and First Lady Melania Trump for their support.
But the show was not over.
Following the bracket ceremony, there was a FIFA celebration at the Kennedy Center.
The ceremony included The Village People, who came out and sang their classic, “YMCA,” to the excited crowd. President Trump sat with First Lady Melania, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum, and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney at the concert.
