President Trump fired Hampton Dellinger, Special Counsel of the Office of Special Counsel, a couple of weeks ago. Judge Amy Berman Jackson sided with Hampton Dellingers, issued an administrative stay, and allowed him to keep his job. The Supreme Court declined to immediately act because the TRO is expiring in a few days.
