The accuser alleged that Diddy asked for a private chat about career opportunities before sexually assaulting him, according to court documents seen by the Daily Mail.
The man, who was a child at the time of the alleged assault, claimed Diddy performed a sex act on him.
He said he was uncomfortable before the alleged assault, and that the rapper told him afterwards he would “keep him in mind for possible opportunities”.
The accuser said Diddy then left the room, and the child actor left the party shortly afterwards, shocked by what had happened.

He is suing Diddy and some agents, who he said had a duty to protect him, for damages.
Diddy’s rep Juda Engelmayer told the Daily Mail: “The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous.
“He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers.
“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

It comes after news broke that the rapper will be getting out of prison earlier than expected amid his battle to appeal his four-year sentence.
The hip-hop mogul, convicted of two counts of transportation for prostitution, will now walk free a month and a half earlier than his previous release date of June 4, 2028.
He will now be released on April 25, 2028 according to Federal Bureau of Prisons records obtained by Page Six.
The 56-year-old music legend is currently serving a 50-month sentence at Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey.
He earned the early release after being accepted into a drug-abuse rehabilitation program in November.
Diddy’s release was first set for May 8, 2028, but had been pushed back last November after he allegedly broke prison rules – reportedly sipping homemade alcohol and taking part in a forbidden three-way phone call.
TMZ revealed the DIY booze involved sugar, Fanta, and apples left to ferment for two weeks.
Diddy’s team, however, defended the call, claiming it was protected under attorney-client privilege.
The rapper’s lawyers have been trying to appeal the music mogul’s conviction since he was sentenced to four years in prison.
Last month, Diddy’s team claimed in court that his freak-offs were not a violation of law, and instead amateur porn protected by the US Constitution.
Diddy was convicted of the Mann Act, which prohibits the transportation of people across state lines to engage in sexual acts.
His lawyers have claimed that the act does not apply to his hotel nights and freak-offs, as they were “highly choreographed sexual performances involving the use of costumes, role play, and staged lighting which were filmed so Combs and his girlfriends could watch this amateur pornography later”.
The rapper’s appeal was heard in April, but a judgment has not yet been reached.
Diddy has previously denied all allegations made against him.
