Philadelphia Flyers announcer suspended for crude hot-mic moment

The Philadelphia Flyers have suspended play-by-play radio broadcaster Tim Saunders after he was caught making an inappropriate comment on a hot mic.
The incident happened during Thursday’s radio broadcast of the Flyers game against the Buffalo Sabres.
Saunders tossed to what he thought would be a commercial break for the NHL match, and after a brief period of silence, he uttered a crude reference to oral sex.
His broadcast partner, Todd Fedoruk, alerted Saunders.
“I think we’re still on the air, Tim,” Fedoruk said.
Saunders laughed and said, “No we’re not, are we?”
