The so-called Anti-Weaponization Fund was a point of contention at last week’s Senate confirmation hearing on President Trump’s nomination of Todd Blanche to become attorney general. Contrary to Blanche’s testimony, the fund is not a moot point, a fact that was elucidated through questioning by Senator John Cornyn (R., Texas).
