I Should Have Stayed Off TikTok: The Alarming Response to Charlie Kirk’s Death
I have spent the last 2 days on Twitter mostly. Because I write for Twitchy, there have been multiple stories to write. Breaking news, bad takes and general reaction to the death of Charlie Kirk have kept us plenty busy. Today, I went on TikTok to get the feel for what was going on over there. That was a mistake. The kids are not ok.
Another (probably transgender) threat on Tik Tok from the day before Charlie Kirk’s assassination proves that all of these guys were talking and had something planned.
Everybody who had knowledge of the premeditated assassination should also be arrested and charged with murder. pic.twitter.com/B3cz7M3w4P

First there were several videos like this. It almost seems like there were several people who knew Kirk was walking into his death sentence yesterday when he went on campus.

Then, there was the scum ball singing a song celebrating his death.
Pay attention. They are showing us exactly who they are.
Celebrating the cold-blooded murder of a man is beyond disgusting. pic.twitter.com/2GHmEitznv

I have 3 kids aged 18-22 years old. I can confirm that their IG and Tik Tok feeds are littered with vile Gen Z and millennials celebrating the public assassination of Charlie Kirk today. The world is utterly broken and I think I’ve lost hope. https://t.co/65wW6Kg8vq

As a Mom of young people, my emotions are mixed. On one hand, I see my son, my daughter and their friends grieving the death of Kirk. They are so very sad. On the other, I see all of these awful people on TikTok and they seem to have zero humanity. That's terrifying.
My son had strayed from belief in God. Charlie Kirk did what I could not. He spoke to my son on Tik Tok, in the voice of a young man, and he brought my son back, what I had prayed for for so long. Though I never met Charlie Kirk, he is family to me. I owe him a debt.

Kirk did so much to bring young people back into the fold and to encourage young conservatives, but there is also so much hate directed at him.

My takeaway from today is that we NEED to ban Tik Tok ASAP.

It is so clearly a Chinese cyber weapon design to inflame and demoralize our society. It’s no coincidence that most of the vile takes about Charlie Kirk’s murder are from there.
No normal, sane person can watch the close-up video of Charlie Kirk getting shot and not recoil in anguish and horror.
The leftists on Tik Tok are already posting themselves laughing and cheering.
I'm telling you, it's demon possession. I know it's hard to comprehend, but evil…

I'll likely stay off for the next few days. It's too disturbing to see people behave like animals. Pray for America. Pray for hearts to be softened. Our country needs it.
