ICE and Border Patrol have seen a massive increase in the number of child abusers, wife-beaters and rapists among their ranks, according to a shocking new report.

The report, titled “They Walk Among Us,” was released in the wake of the killing of Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero earlier this month. The 25-year-old father was shot dead outside his family’s Biddeford, Maine, apartment by an ICE agent with a documented history of violence.

It appears to confirm fears that President Trump’s mass hiring spree and drop in vetting standards under former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, 54, have been a complete disaster.
