(WND News Center)—A Democrat in Congress who objects to the Trump administration’s efforts to protect Americans from the death delivered by drug smugglers now is wildly accusing the president of plans to murder “people we do know right here at home.”

The comments are from U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton, D-Mass., during an interview on CNN.

He was objecting to Trump’s agenda to protect Americans and the administration’s multiple strikes on narcoterrorists trying to bring drugs into America by boat.

““I mean, look, the President of the United States and his Secretary of Defense are conducting murder on the high seas,” he claimed. “They’re committing murder, and Americans should care. Look, none of us like drug traffickers, but we have laws that say drug traffickers don’t get summarily executed.

“Just give it time before Donald Trump starts doing this same kind of thing to people we do know right here at home,” he said.

The Trump administration has, so far, dispatched destruction to about two dozen “narco-vessels” that were intending to bring drugs into the United States. The narcoterrorists have been killed in the strikes.

The White House, according to the Wall Street Journal, has designated fentanyl as a chemical weapon in order to build grounds for the strikes.

Trump has noted that more than 200,000 Americans died last year from drugs flowing across the U.S. border.

The Democrats, again, are out of synch with the public on the issue, as polling reportedly shows up to 70% approval for the use of military strikes against drug traffickers.

The Trump administration has uses executive orders to designate transnational criminal groups as foreign terrorist organizations.
