(DCNF)—Former Trump campaign adviser David Urban brought receipts on Friday as CNN host Omar Jimenez questioned whether President Donald Trump’s health was declining.

Trump denied all accusations relating to his health and stated that his health is “perfect” in an interview with The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on Thursday. Urban insisted that Trump is in great health during a segment of “CNN News Central,” adding that he has consistently made himself accessible to the press and hosting events.

“So let me just say that comparing President Trump’s health to President Biden’s health is ludicrous. Donald Trump is incredibly healthy,” Urban said. “I just want to read from The Washington Post story, because I think it’s really important, this one line. Trump has been almost omnipresent in his second term, fielding questions from journalists, sometimes several times a day, delivering impromptu remarks and regularly hosting dinners at the White House.”

That’s incredibly important, because what Joe Biden did was none of that. Joe Biden hid from the press. He did not invite the media into the Oval Office,” Urban continued.

Jimenez argued that some Democrats did not know that former President Joe Biden was declining, prompting Urban to push back and say there is no comparison between Biden and Trump.

“Omar, not even close. I’m going to push back on this hard. Joe Biden did not sit with the media. The media was kept from Joe Biden. Donald Trump gets interviewed every day by the White House Press Corps,” Urban said.

“I agree. He has been much more in front of the press and answered way more questions than President Biden did. I’m not disputing that,” Jimenez replied.

The WSJ reported that Trump can hardly keep his eyes open during public events, is taking more aspirin than his doctors have recommended and suggested he is struggling to hear. Trump’s doctor, Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella, also said that the president received a CT scan to rule out any cardiovascular abnormalities, which found no abnormalities.

Trump told the outlet that he regretted getting the scan because it gave his opponents “ammunition.”

“In retrospect, it’s too bad I took it because it gave them a little ammunition,” Trump said. “I would have been a lot better off if they didn’t, because the fact that I took it said, ‘Oh gee, is something wrong?’ Well, nothing’s wrong.”

The president also said he usually begins his days early and works in the Oval Office until 7:00 or 8:00 p.m., according to The WSJ. The White House also provided a private calendar from December which showed that Trump participated in hundreds of meetings and phone calls with staff, lawmakers and cabinet members.

The Biden administration, congressional Democrats and the corporate media initially dismissed any concerns about Biden’s physical and cognitive health as a “right wing conspiracy.” Democrats collectively called on Biden to drop out of the 2024 election after the June 27, 2024, debate, where Biden visibly spoke with a raspy voice and appeared confused.

Biden took a total of six questions from the White House press corps in the first full week of his presidency. By contrast, Trump answered 75 questions and follow-ups over a 48-minute period in the Oval Office while signing executive orders on the first day of his second term.
