There Is No Patriotism In Communism

On Independence Day, the White House sent out a simple tweet, but this simple tweet caused a flurry of stupidity. 

First, the tweet.

And behold! The Community Notes people wanted to add. 

The Community Note on this post is attempting to argue "The Constitution gives me the right to be a traitor to my country." 

These people are stupid.

There is no such thing as a patriot Communist American. 

How can you be a patriot of a nation you are seeking to subvert? 

These people are stupid.

Political pundit Brian Cates, who shared the attempted Community Notes, has it right, just as the White House does. 

Communism is a governing system that is, without reservation, completely antithetical to the liberty-based system of the United States of America. This isn't something we can argue about. History is pretty clear about what communism is, at least on its surface. 

If you peel back what communism actually is, though, you'll find that it's not actually a governing body per se. At the root of communism is a ruling oligarchy. Once installed, all the "principles" of communism get thrown out the window. No one is equal, and wealth isn't fairly distributed. There are the rulers, their favored, and then everyone else. 

If you step back and take that for what it is, you'll understand that communism isn't so much a governing system as it is a tool by which to collapse a governing system and install something horrible. 

Canadian author and psychologist Jordan Peterson said something in a lecture that I thought was very poignant about communism. It's never worked and will never work because no one on Earth can be trusted with the kind of power communism would grant someone. Even if you are the picture of nobility and fairness, someone will come along and kill you, your family, and anyone who ever smiled in your general direction in order to obtain that power. 

Communism isn't seeking fairness and equality; it's seeking domination. 

That is not the United States of America. The USA is a system of uplifting ourselves through each other. It is market systems and representation under rights given to us, not by people in power, but by God Himself. 

Communism is a pipe dream for idiots. If the attempt to redefine the American belief system in the Community Notes of that tweet doesn't signal that, then it shows you how manipulative communists can be, and no one is manipulative unless they're looking to establish control. 

There is no in between. 

So, when you see communists, or even socialists (because the purpose of socialism is communism), and they're trying to talk as if they have a handle on what is and isn't the American way, they're either speaking out of their rear end because they're ignorant of the system they're actually supporting, or they're trying to manipulate you into subjugation.

Those are the only two conclusions you can come to, and history, logic, and the confessions of communists themselves tell you what their true intent is. They want to fundamentally change the United States of America into something completely opposite of what it is. They show absolute contempt for its capitalistic system, its Western values and traditions, and God. 

The only good thing to do when it comes to communists is to treat them as enemies. Even the uneducated ones who don't know any better. The sad fact of reality is that most people who do support communism are the dumb ones. As I wrote in a previous article: 

Most of these people aren't actually interested in all of those outcomes because the outcome doesn't matter. What matters is how the person expressing their beliefs is perceived by their peers and mainstream culture. They don't actually care about humanity; they care about looking like they care about humanity because that's what makes you cool and gets you the backpats, snaps, and jazz fingers. 

Their goal isn't communism. It's to be liked. If they were to get communism, they wouldn't like it. They would, however, like getting approved by the dystopian government that would rule over them, so they'd keep trumpeting the same things they need to, only now it's not to be liked, it's to be allowed to live. 

If they want to be American, they have to stop being communists.
