No, this is not satire.

When they're trying to whittle down every single fat person, they're so excited they found a drug that makes it so we don't exist anymore. And again, not to devalue any of these things - I consider them all very important - if tomorrow, they released a drug that said, 'Okay, we cure blackness. If you just take this pill, you can be white, and then the problem will be fixed'

The blackness wasn't the problem. The problem was the system that made anyone ever believe they needed to be anything other than what they are. Ozempic and these weight-loss drugs are trying to exterminate fat people. They want to get rid of us. Fatphobia is racism. Racism is classism. Classism is racism.

I could get all nerdy and tell you why liberal white women think this way. I could explain Karl Marx's theory of class struggle and how modern communists mapped it onto immutable (unchangeable) characteristics like skin color, and then how they mapped it onto things like weight and sexuality.

But I think this meme suffices.

This woman's idea of good and evil is defined by "oppressed versus oppressor." All evil, in her mind, comes from "disenfranchising" or "marginalizing" people, which is defined as trying to change anything about anyone (unless they are a white, straight Christian male).

Therefore, to her, weight-loss drugs are an attempt to enslave and oppress fat people in the same vein as trying to erase someone's ethnic heritage. Fatness is not merely an adjective that describes the level of lipid storage on her body as energy reserves, but her literal identity and culture.

Because of this, she ignores the overwhelming scientific evidence that says obesity is unhealthy. She also ignores the fact that fat storage has absolutely no genetic comparison to skin color.

If you put a black man on an island without food for six weeks, his skin color wouldn't change (perhaps he'd be a bit darker as the body produces extra melanin to protect him from increased ultraviolet radiation).

This woman, meanwhile, would have lost most of her fat reserves!

The only genetic difference is that some populations, such as those with northern European genetics, may be predisposed to slower metabolisms or increased fat storage since their ancestors often had to survive long, cold winters with little food.

But you can't reason with the woke mind virus. All this woman sees is cisheteronormative fascists who want to attack her very soul by giving her ... optional weight-loss drugs that will save her the expensive and chronic medical conditions connected directly to obesity. As a result, she doubled down in a followup video where she talks about "fat liberation" and accuses her critics of not being able to understand her genius because they have not awokened to class consciousness (it's all Marxism, people).
