Shock in Germany: Syrian father jailed after ordering his son to kill his sister in an “honor killing” - Gateway Hispanic

Germany is reeling from a new episode of imported violence that raises questions about the effectiveness of Europe’s migration policies.
A Syrian citizen has been detained and placed in pretrial custody on suspicion of ordering his own son to murder his sister to “defend family honor.”
The judicial investigation suggests the crime was disguised as an accident to conceal its brutality.
The German Prosecutor’s Office has confirmed that the father, whose identity has not been disclosed for legal reasons, faces serious charges related to incitement to murder and evidence tampering.

This is not an isolated incident. According to data from the German Ministry of the Interior, between 50 and 60 murders related to domestic violence and “honor” occur in the country each year, with the majority of perpetrators being of non-European origin.
Human rights organizations have repeatedly warned that these practices directly undermine equality, public safety, and women’s dignity.
The case has reignited debate over the failed integration of migrant communities in Germany.
Previous reports have already revealed that certain neighborhoods in cities like Berlin, Hamburg, or Cologne have become enclaves where parallel codes of conduct, in direct conflict with German law and order, prevail.
Conservative parties have demanded immediate answers from Olaf Scholz’s government, which they accuse of “downplaying the risks of uncontrolled immigration” and “failing to protect German families from these imported practices.”

“Make it look like an accident”: Syrian father told his son to commit an honor crime against his sister, according to German police.
Voices within the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and Alternative for Germany (AfD) emphasize that blind tolerance toward cultures that do not respect Western values is undermining the nation’s foundations.
In contrast, progressive sectors have called for “not stigmatizing immigrant communities,” a stance many citizens consider irresponsible, as it ignores the root of the problem and shields, under the guise of political correctness, behaviors incompatible with the rule of law.
Beyond the individual case, this incident reflects a clash of civilizations at the heart of Europe. While German society is built on principles of freedom, equality, and respect for human dignity, the importation of tribal codes and archaic practices endangers both direct victims and the country’s social cohesion.
Public order, safety, and the defense of the family as a fundamental pillar of society are threatened whenever heinous acts are relativized in the name of cultural diversity.
This new crime is a wake-up call that cannot be ignored. The European left, with its open-border policies and obsession with political correctness, has turned countries like Germany into stages for imported violence that strikes the most vulnerable: women and children. While progressivism insists on denying the problem, the facts speak louder.
Defending family honor cannot take precedence over respect for life, and no government claiming to be responsible can continue tolerating barbaric traditions that supplant the law and order of Western civilization.
