MLB Team Sh*ts The Bed With 3 Errors On A Single Play
What the hell are we doing?
What was supposed to be an ordinary ground ball Tuesday night turned into an atrocity for the Kansas City Royals, which led to one of the craziest MLB scoring sequences of the campaign. The Royals were squaring off against the New York Mets.
And you better believe those dysfunctional bums were loving it. (RELATED: Argentina Fans Spark Anger After Flying Israeli Flag To Egypt’s Coach Hossam Hassan Following Wild Comeback)
Having runners placed on first and second base, New York outfielder Carson Benge knocked a slow chop hit at the mound, and when you fast forward just a few seconds, he ended up crossing home plate. And this because of what the Royals did: not one, not two, but three errors, and they all came on the same play.
Now granted, the Royals did manage to get the 16-12 victory, but it was a hell of a way for the Mets to get a three-run lead early in the game.

I’m of course throwing full judgement at the Royals for their embarrassment, but my biggest takeaway is that the dysfunctional Mets found a way to lose this game, which is so typical of this franchise. And quite frankly, friggin’ hilarious.
Meanwhile, you have a team like the low-budget Miami Marlins who are so, so hot right now.

I’ve never understood that … how a brand can be so iconic, and in a legendary market like New York City, but be incredibly dysfunctional … but that’s the Mets for you.
