Khamenei Depicts Trump In Coffin
Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei, the supreme leader of Iran, posted a cartoon image of Donald Trump in a coffin.
The image, posted on X, depicts Trump in a coffin, surrounded by symbols of the United States, and the coffin is destroyed. The photo was captioned in Persian. When translated it says, “That father figure who sits there with arrogance and pride, passing judgment on the entire world, he too should know that usually the tyrants and oppressors of the world, such as Pharaoh and Nimrod and Reza Khan and Mohammad Reza and the likes of them, when they were at the peak of their pride, were overthrown, This one too will be overthrown.”

The post comes after Trump publicly sided with anti-regime protestors. Protests erupted in December of 2025 due to growing frustrations with the Islamic Republic’s current regime. In the past two weeks, protests have grown throughout the country. As tensions grow, many have looked to the United States for support. Trump has vowed retaliation if escalation continues, saying the United States is “locked and loaded,” according to the New York Post.
