Several Fights Erupt On High School ‘Senior Skip Day,’ Police Dispatch Helicopter To Handle Chaos

And to think, these are supposed to be our future leaders … yikes.
A “senior skip day” for a high school in Long Island, New York ended up flipping into absolute chaos as a load of teenagers, and we’re talking about hundreds of them, ended up brawling it out on Jones Beach. In fact, it was such a crazy scene that police felt the need to dispatch a helicopter to calm things down.
The teenagers, who were from Queens and Nassau County, were on the popular beach in Wantagh, Long Island to skip out on school Thursday. But you know how kids are these days, it didn’t take long before the scene turned BAD.
A good number of the beachgoers ended up getting into fights, with several breaking out across the beach. (RELATED: Jake Paul Criticizes ‘Alpha Male Ego’ Republican Party, Calls For Trump And Musk To Squash Their Beef)
“There have been multiple fights that happened here at Jones Beach after a massive party,” said an eyewitness who got footage of the incredible response from the police, per OutKick.

Things were so out of whack that police had to call in a chopper to simmer down the rowdy beach teens, with footage showing the aircraft getting pretty low to handle the situation.
The beach ended up getting shut down by police and local officials to deal with everything. It’s not known if any arrests were made or if there were any injuries.
